John, "blended into the scenery?" If I laugh I am a bad person right?
Though the camera pictures do add something comedic.

I saw on Twitter the announcement about William Winckler. Is it for real?
    I was not convinced.

I do not watch Naruto, but wow, individual discs? Viz must be confidant.

I am not familiar with this "Night Hunters."

Really Alden, Babies Dance to Beyonce? That title does not drive you away? You might as well link to Taylor Swift's "You Belong with Me." ;)

For next week: @aicnanime Oh wow, the stop motion Macross is amazing - for various reasons http://is.gd/3Jiyp

"Dark Tower" - I got bored with the comic by issue 4. 8(
King has a new book coming out in November.
Some are having a head start:
Sept 27th @neilhimself Loving UNDER THE DOME, but it is a big book. No, even bigger than that. The kind of book that will not mind if you put it down again & doze.

"The Cell" is in my reading queue. "Catching Fire" comes first. If you have not read "The Hunger Games" you should check it out and contrast it to "Battle Royale."

"Kingdom Hospital" was based on "The Kingdom," right? Swedish/Dutch miniseries from the 90s. Two minutes of spookiness. Two hours where nothing happens. Two minutes of spookiness. Two hours of mystery solving and wildly, wildly inappropriate imagery. "The Unborn" is really tame by comparison.
There are probably four more hours to go, but I have not come across them.

Interesting that Alden found "Meatballs" good. Is it good only when you bring a child? I watched the trailer with some people months ago and those who read the book were angry at what was on screen.

Interesting French children's movie John. Available for sale?

"Tweeny Witches," yea! I was surprised that was actually good given the title.

"Drifting Classroom." I liked the first two volumes, but am intimidated by the 14+ volume run. John, it stays good?

I can see someone looking at anime available and wondering why so much is aimed at teens. This can be rationalized in a cold, calculating manner. Growing up in a First World country is pretty much the same the world over. Home, school, vacation, more school. Once you deal with adults and their wide range of occupations, for example, there is a lost of commonality that the story has. You lose the common denominator once your characters are older than high school or college, or their equivalent in which ever country we are talking about.

    Hmmm, show ended abruptly.

I looked at the forums, but do not see a place to comment after each episode. 8(
